Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Atom Eyes LLC, trading as Rare Goblin. Contact: support@raregoblin.com.

2. Products are made to order

Every item is manufactured after you order it by a print-on-demand production partner. We design the artwork and select the blanks; we do not manufacture garments ourselves. Product pages state the blank used under Specifications.

Because items are produced individually, small variations in print position, colour and garment dye lot are normal and are not defects. Meaningful defects are covered by our returns policy.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is unavailable, a price or description was materially wrong, we suspect fraud, or we cannot ship to your address.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in USD and exclude shipping and tax unless stated. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Where a comparison price is shown, it is a genuine former price for that item. We do not display invented “original” prices.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify. We do not receive, process or store your card details. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier, but we take responsibility for parcels lost in transit as described in our shipping information. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellation

Our returns and exchanges policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in it removes any statutory right you have, including any right of withdrawal on distance sales where your law provides one.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photographs, text, the Rare Goblin name, logo and the goblin merchant character are owned by Atom Eyes LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Buying a product gives you the product. It does not give you a licence to reproduce, resell or commercially exploit the artwork on it.

If you believe something here infringes your rights, email support@raregoblin.com with details and we will investigate promptly.

10. Your communications with us

When you send us messages, reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for operating and improving the shop. Do not send anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing or deliberately misleading. We may remove content that breaks this rule.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully or fraudulently;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
• scrape, probe or overload the site or its APIs;
• interfere with the site’s security features;
• resell our products as your own brand without a written agreement.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any dispute that cannot be resolved with us directly will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Colorado. Nothing in this section removes any consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the state where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
