Shipping Policy
The formal version. For the practical one with a table of delivery estimates, see shipping information.
1. Processing time
All items are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days and occurs before shipping. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays begin production on the next business day.
2. Delivery estimates
Including production, typical total delivery is 5–12 business days within the United States.
These are estimates based on carrier performance, not guarantees. We cannot commit to a delivery date, and we will not pretend otherwise to close a sale.
3. Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $5.99, free on orders of $75 or more. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Split shipments
Orders containing several product types may ship in more than one parcel, from more than one facility, arriving on different days. You are not charged extra for this, and each parcel is tracked separately.
5. Tracking
Tracking is provided for every order and emailed when the parcel ships. It can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. You can also look your order up at track your order.
6. Lost and undelivered parcels
If tracking has not updated for 21 days we treat the parcel as lost, open a claim with the carrier and reship at no cost to you.
If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us within 30 days. We will open a carrier investigation and, where it is not resolved, reship the order.
7. Incorrect addresses
Please check your address at checkout; we cannot change it once production has begun. A parcel returned as undeliverable because of an address error supplied at checkout can be reshipped to a corrected address at the cost of production and postage.
8. Where we ship
We currently ship to US addresses only. Checkout will not offer shipping to an address outside the United States.
9. Risk of loss
Title and risk pass on delivery to the carrier. Notwithstanding that, we take practical responsibility for parcels lost in transit as described in section 6 — we would rather reship than win an argument about who technically owned the parcel.
