Shipping
Two stages, not one: your order is made, then it is shipped. Here are honest numbers for both.
Production comes first
Nothing here is sitting in a warehouse. Every item is printed after you order it, which takes 2–5 business days. Only then does it ship. Delivery estimates elsewhere on the site always include both stages, but it is worth knowing why day one is not a shipping day.
Estimated delivery
Business days, counted from when you order, including production. These are estimates based on what our carriers typically achieve — not guarantees, and not a promise we can keep if a carrier has a bad week.

Where we ship
We currently ship to US addresses only. Checkout will not offer shipping to an address outside the United States.
Cost
Standard shipping is $5.99, free on orders of $75 or more. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will get an email when it leaves the facility, and you can look it up any time at track your order with your order number and email address.
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan, and parcels sometimes go quiet for a few days while in transit. That is normal. If nothing moves for 21 days, we treat the parcel as lost, open a carrier claim on your behalf and reship at no cost to you.
Split shipments
Different product types are made on different equipment, so a mixed order may arrive in more than one parcel on different days. There is no extra charge for this, and each parcel gets its own tracking number.
Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. Once an order enters production we cannot change it, and a parcel returned as undeliverable has to be reshipped at the cost of production and postage. If you spot a mistake immediately, email support@raregoblin.com and we will do what we can.

- Orders containing several items may ship in more than one package, at no extra cost to you.
- Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
